The following purchase terms apply to the sale of beauty products and other movable property (hereinafter referred to as “the products”) by ScaleCommerce Group AB, Org. no: 559437-8761. These purchase terms apply in all cases where Swedish or other applicable laws do not prescribe conditions that conflict with these purchase terms.

General

KEAUTYWORLD.com sells beauty products via the internet to private individuals in Sweden. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and have a valid Swedish ID for package deliveries. If you are under 18, you need to have received consent for your purchase from your guardian, who will assist you in collecting the package.

When you complete your order, you accept our purchase terms and agree that your personal data will be registered in our customer register. The purchase agreement is confirmed when we send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. In case of any errors, such as incorrect prices, stock differences, delivery times, product information/images, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterward. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you naturally have the right to cancel your order without any cost!

Discount codes can only be used per purchase and cannot be combined with each other or with other compensation or replacement codes.

All prices on the website are in Swedish kronor, including VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time.

Delivery and Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over 50 USD.
  • For orders under 50 USD, a shipping fee of 5 USD will be added.

KEAUTY cannot guarantee delivery for items that are not in stock when you placed your order or for items that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the item reaches you may be longer than stated as normal for the chosen shipping method if the carrier itself causes a delay. This is, of course, very rare as we have a delivery time of 2-5 days with a delivery statistic of 97.63%.

Discount Codes

When purchasing from us, you agree not to use or exploit discount codes or other coupon forms obtained under circumstances other than through us, our own marketing, or the marketing done on our affiliate sites. You also agree not to exploit bugs or other errors on our website to your advantage.

Sign up for newsletters & discount for leaving a review:
The discount code is received by following KEAUTY on Instagram and signing up for KEAUTY's newsletter. The discount code is unique and will be sent to you via email after registration. The discount code can only be used on your first order at KEAUTYWORLD.com and cannot be combined with other offers.

Sales/Offers:
Sales are valid as long as stock lasts! Offers without a clear end date are valid as long as stock lasts. KEAUTY reserves the right for potential sell-outs, which may result in partial deliveries. During major campaigns, our stock balance may not be updated quickly enough; in such cases, KEAUTY has the right to cancel the order that arrived after our stock balance has been exhausted.

We also reserve the right for sell-outs and stock holding by our suppliers, as well as for any price errors that may occur. Sometimes it happens that one of the items you ordered is not in stock and therefore becomes back-ordered. This is because the item is out of stock or the delivery is delayed. An email will be sent to you within 1-3 days. Contact us if you wish to cancel your back-order or if you have questions regarding delivery times.

Delivery Terms

See the delivery time in each product's information text. The delivery time for in-stock items is usually 2-5 working days. Some products may take slightly longer. For special order items, the delivery time is 3-14 working days. If a longer delivery time applies to your order, you will be contacted via email or phone.

If the products you want to order have different delivery times and you want items with a short delivery time first, you should place two separate orders to facilitate. In case of delivery delay, you will be notified via email. We reserve the right for sell-outs and any price errors on the website.

Note! During major campaigns and holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer than normal. This is mainly due to high pressure on transporters and is not unique to our store.

The preliminary delivery times are indicated on the website. For more precise delivery times for each product, please contact us via email at hello@keauty.se.

According to delivery statistics, 97.63% of our shipments are delivered within 3 working days.

In case of delivery delay, you have the right to cancel your purchase without additional cost if there is a delay against the promised delivery time.

Delivery is made from our warehouse to a delivery address specified by you. The product is delivered to a collection point. Our suppliers reserve the right to choose the carrier for all deliveries. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of ordering is correct. It is also the buyer's responsibility to be reachable in connection with the delivery. The risk for the item transfers to the buyer upon receipt. The buyer is responsible for examining the packaging together with the carrier and reporting any visible damage on the waybill.

If you want to return an item, you have an open purchase according to the general consumer purchase laws. We have a 90-day return policy. See also our return instructions under the return policy.

Return Fee

You have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive the products. During this time, you can return the skincare products and receive a refund if the products are unopened and unused. Always contact KEAUTY's customer service before returning at hello@keautyworld.com, and we will send you a return label to print out. You can return the products in the same package they arrived in, as long as the package is intact.Delivery Damage

The buyer is responsible for examining the packaging together with the carrier and reporting any visible damage on the waybill.

Delivery Obstruction

If delivery is obstructed because you as a customer have provided incorrect information about the delivery address or contact information such as email address or mobile number for notification, you will be charged a fee. Therefore, be sure to check that all information is correct before completing your purchase. The recipient must also be able to identify themselves at the package pickup point. If you book a delivery with one of our carriers but are prevented from receiving the goods, this must be notified to the carrier as soon as possible so that they can reschedule the delivery. If you do not notify them or if they are otherwise prevented from performing the delivery (e.g., you do not open the door when they ring), you will be charged a fee for delivery obstruction. The fee corresponds to the carrier's rate.

Complaints

Private Individuals:
Complaints must be communicated to us within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered. If the warranty period has expired, it is the buyer's responsibility to prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The Consumer Purchase Act and other applicable laws give you as a customer important rights, such as a three-year right of complaint for original defects in the product. Companies:
Complaints must be communicated to us within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered. If the warranty period has expired, it is the buyer's responsibility to prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The Purchase Act and other applicable laws give you as a business certain rights, usually a 2-year right of complaint for original defects in the product.

In case of any dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.

Force Majeure

If our performance of these purchase terms or entered agreements is hindered or prevented due to circumstances beyond our control and which we could not reasonably have foreseen, this shall release us from fulfilling our obligations, as well as from damages and other consequences (so-called force majeure). Such unforeseeable events may include war, natural disasters, labor market disputes, government decisions, missing deliveries from subcontractors, or other cost-increasing circumstances and events beyond our control.

Reservation

We reserve the right for any inaccuracies in product information and image and video material on the website. We also cannot guarantee that product images and environmental images reproduce the exact appearance and condition of an item.

Information on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Singles Day, and Other Campaign Periods

Prices during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Singles Day, etc., are valid only on those days. Normal terms regarding right of withdrawal, right of complaint, and guarantees apply. Indicated discounts are already deducted. Due to increased volumes during these days, delivery times may be extended.

Processing of Personal Data

When you use the site and our services, we will process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

In connection with your registration and/or order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to complete and provide the service you can expect from us. According to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If you consider it incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or deletion from our customer register. Contact our customer service at hello@keautyworld.com in such cases. The information you provide about yourself is used only internally. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties. KEAUTY uses data from the customer register also for mailings about our products. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via instructions in the newsletter.

Information on ODR and Applicable Law & Dispute

Our purchase terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law, except for such international private law provisions that result in the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

Complaints or comments regarding KEAUTY's services or products should be communicated to our customer service.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your case, you are welcome to contact your local consumer advisor or the General Complaints Board (ARN) via ARN, +46 85 08 860 00, or arn@arn.se. We always follow ARN's recommendations.

If you have complaints or problems with our services or products, and you cannot resolve the complaint or problem directly with us, you can also send your complaint to the EU's platform for online dispute resolution (the “ODR platform”). The ODR platform offers consumers within the EU an opportunity to try to resolve disputes regarding complaints about products purchased online without involving a court.
