How to Return an Item at KEAUTY?

We offer a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the item must be in the same condition as it was delivered.

How to File a Complaint for a Broken Product?

  • Image: Photograph visible damage. If the damage is not visible, send a video or describe the damage in text form.

Return/Exchange/Complaint Policy at KEAUTY

We adhere to distance selling laws according to the recommendations of the Consumer Agency. According to the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return faultless goods without giving any reason. Notification of this should be made as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the item (this does not apply to specially ordered goods). In the event of any manufacturing defects in the product, we strive to replace the product with a new one of the same type or a newer variant if the product is out of stock. Please note that the warranty does not cover wear and tear.

We provide a return label and charge 5 USD for this.

Please note your duty to inspect as a consumer. It is important to examine the item before removing any seals such as plastic and tags.
